When you make an enquiry, we’ll conduct a brief technical consultation. We’ll gather the key details about the pipeline you’re testing — such as its material, length, and diameter — so we can recommend the correct equipment and test method for your project.
2. RECEIVE YOUR KIT
You can choose the most convenient way to get your equipment. We offer UK wide delivery straight to your site, or you can collect it from our depot in Leeds. You’ll receive all the equipment you need, fully calibrated and designed for quick, straightforward assembly on site, so you can start testing without delay.
3. PREPARE THE PIPELINE
On site, you’ll handle the essential preparation steps yourself such as swabbing to remove air from the line and making sure all the equipment is set up correctly. We’ll provide you with any additional guidance you need to effectively prepare for your test.
4. START THE TEST
When you’re ready to start, just reach out to our team. To start the test, you’ll activate the data logger, which captures flow rate, temperature, and pressure in real time. This information is sent directly to our team in Leeds, who analyse the data in real time. We’ll guide you through each step of the testing process and help you resolve any issues so you can run a safe and compliant test.
5. GET CERTIFIED
Once the test is completed, we’ll send your digital certificate right away. You can access all your test data anytime on our PIPE dashboard — an easy to use online platform — to review results, download certificates, and keep a clear record of your completed tests.
