Can you give a brief outline of your role at Ant Hire Solutions?
You’d call me a Sales Representative but I like to think ‘Problem Solver’ is more fitting. I listen to my customers and (If I think I can) try to help them improve on their current services or find solutions to challenges they are facing.
What did you do before your role here at Ant Hire Solutions?
Over the course of my career, I’ve had a number of roles, all Sales related but differing product ranges and types. I’ve work in Field Sales and Account Management. Predominantly my expertise has been in property being a Sales and Lettings Manager for quite a while which was both exciting and fast paced. After working in the industry for a while I knew it was time for a change in my career and I sought out a new challenge. However, always looking to be with an organisation that showed the level of support and stellar reputation that I think is important in any industry, hence me landing at Ant Hire Solutions.
What has working at Ant Hire Solutions taught you?
That the Utility, Construction and Civil Engineering industry is a huge, complicated and very interesting multi-level network with so much going on. There are so many differing needs that must be met by suppliers, it’s a bit of a mine field!
What do you enjoy most about your role at Ant Hire Solutions?
Love it all, from the conversations I have with my clients around their current projects to the amazing people I work with. Each member of the Ant Hire Solutions team adds vast amounts of value and expertise to the business.
What are your interests outside of work?
I’m a big fan of the gym, morning routines before work really get me focused before I come into the office. I enjoy movies, more action and sci-fi than anything else; my favourite film would be ‘Warrior’. And who doesn’t like a beer or two with their friends on a weekend?
Name one thing that people might not know about you
I’m a qualified Gym Instructor and love to dance (Not that I’m any good or have the courage to do in public sober).
As Ant Hire Solutions grows, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Continuing my efforts to spread the word on how amazing Ant Hire Solutions is and what solutions we can offer to our customers. As well as managing to convince everyone in the building to join the Gym![/cs_content_seo]
