At Ant Hire Solutions we embrace a culture of continuous improvement to give all areas of the business synergy, to help us achieve our long-term strategic objectives and provide our customers with the best possible products and service.
As the UK water industry moves from AMP 6 into the AMP 7 cycle, we’re gearing ourselves up to help the industry take on the challenge of achieving leak-free new networks by increasing our overall capacity.
A key priority has been to scale up the capacity of our workshop space to maximise our hire fleet storage and add versatility. Towards this we’ve transformed two units, previously used as mixed space, to create an efficient, clean dedicated working and storage environment that aligns with the high level of service we provide.
We’ve also modernised another of our workshop units, providing additional workspace for the Robotics department and enabling the team to work on new industry-leading products alongside handling an increasing volume of off-hire equipment servicing and repairs.
With the structural work now complete, we’re turning our attention on the overall flow of equipment through our off-hire process, with the aim of delivering an enhanced customer experience through the reduction in overall turnaround time.
As we move towards 2020, we’re now far better positioned to grow our overall capacity as a business, alongside continually exploring new technologies for the industry. Through our culture of continuous improvement, we aim to benefit our customers with both improved service delivery and ongoing innovation in new pipeline solutions.
